Your orders will be delivered by one of my team.
If you’re not home, your order will be left on ice in your safe place for when you return.
We can not facilitate collections at this time.

Your Gyoza must be placed in your freezer ASAP on the day of your delivery.
Only store Gyoza in the freezer. Only cook from frozen (never defrost first).
Each bag of Gyoza measures roughly 27cm x 16cm x 5cm.
2 bags will fill roughly 1/3 of one standard freezer drawer.

Store Sauces & oils in a cool dry place.
Sauce pots must be used by the date printed on the back of your gyoza bag.
