Yorkshire Pork Belly Gyoza

We use the finest Yorkshire Pork Bellies creating a filling that melts in your mouth. As you dive in, you’ll be treated to a sweet & salty flavour bomb, housed in our specially made Gyoza Skins, giving you the perfect combination of bite and crunch. The search for the perfect Pork Gyoza is the reason Big Mouth Gyoza began.

This recipe is the accumulation of years of testing, visits to hundreds of restaurants & thousands of Gyoza eaten.

Mushroom Gyoza (Vegan)

Wrapped in green skins, our Mushroom Gyoza brighten up any dinner plate! As you tuck in, you’ll experience an intense mushroom smack in the kisser, paired with jabs of garlic & ginger taking you all the way down, to flavour town.

Plant based lifestyles are in their infancy in Japan. It’s very difficult to find a Gyoza containing only vegetables, let alone a vegan offering. Our Mushroom Gyoza are prepared separately to their meaty counterparts, using sterile utensils, in a plant based vacuum.

We’ve not removed any animal products to make them vegan: they were awesome without them.

Winter Guest Gyoza: Yorkshire Lamb

Our delicate Yorkshire Lamb is marinated for 24 hours in traditional Gyoza seasonings before being folded into our pink Gyoza skins. Our flavourings bring the lamb to life, creating a unique experience for any lover of lamb!

A driver behind Big Mouth Gyoza is pairing the finest Yorkshire ingredients with Japanese flavours. There’s nothing more Yorkshire than lamb, and it’s a privilege to honour these local animals in our Gyoza!

This blend of Japanese Toasted Sesame & Yorkshire Rapeseed oils is perfect for cooking your Big Mouth Gyoza!

Spice is the spice of life, so we’ve worked with one of the finest sesame mills in Japan to bring you our Chilli Oil. Add a few drops to your secret sauce to bring a sesame-fied chilli hit to your Gyoza!
